Irving Penn was an American photographer. Penn demonstrated a great about of work, versatility, inventiveness, and imagination in a number of fields including editorial illustration, advertising, photojournalism, portraits, still life, travel, and television. His work was done all over the world but today you can find his major collections in an exhibit at the Art Institute of Chicago.
